To help out noobs and also mid level  and high level members?

1 pool new members 75/150 posts. 1 or 2 mentors from high level posters and ability help them mhash (or what ever you call it)  for week to help them get a start. once they have few coins built up under a pool for the forum then they help the next level down
trickle down effect to get the help they must help the pool. they have to donate to the forum btc% .025 per coin.

then so on they all do at least a week of pooling for them. this way helps build more people with more currency to spend on the forum and or the market in general.

this way most people who are trying to get in at the new Difficulty level of mining has a chance to build up better equipment , it would be the first only forum that did some thing like this. and it would be help for the BTC economy

then for reward the folks who first started helping get a weeks worth of hash in 1 pool in return for their helpful services.

this can be a idea that we can ad remove  or modify to strengthen the forum and our btc community.


Like I have been slowly working my way up:
I have 6 computers currently running these cards
2x 8800 gts =60mhash sli
1 5850 = 365 mhash
2 5830 = 450 mhash
1 240gt = 21.9 mhash
1 gtx 550 ti = 39.7 Mhash
1 5450 = 20 mhash

this is my little farm im going to slowly upgrade I have 90% in my business running 24/7
and as I grow I can dedicate 1 pc with 300 mhash or better to a noob then I  will do what I can if we can design a help plan that helps everyone involved with this project. I know i will get some sort of remarks about this but remember Im trying to figure a way to help keep BTC strong and also have fun doing it.
Im willing to help forum out any way I can afford to. PM if you wanna discuss it or post if you have great ideas and want to see then bloom and hopefully some seasoned miners can chip in with their helpful thoughts.

thats  where im coming from man I would love to but i like to see something created to help you and the reset of the forum/community as well. so at this point just posting help not going to get you help posting of the ideas and help creating the service is what is needed.

so if you and any other have ideas how to setup and make it work please post those
I know the remark everyone is going to have help me to
guess what I want help to but I want it regulated and brought to forum where everyone makes some thing not just me.
this keeps everyone in the industry happy.

what mechanism of enforcement do you propose?  if it is simply forum reputation I have bad news....

Not sure exactly but maybe a hashing service that everyone can benefit from
if the helping out your neighbor for 1 week only, Does not seem fair then and donating to the forum a % then we can look at :

using the clearcoin service to create funds service.

Something like ok lets say I help with my mhash for a week and i helped you make a extra 2-4 coins per week.
then lets say you put up 1.40 coins per 3 helped make in clearcoin for me since i helped you like a tip.
once you have made the coins in 1 week then you release the 1.40 coins as a tip you made a extra 1.60 coins from the help provided.  or some thing like that.

so if I dont see coins then you never get any more help and I know with clearcoin you can set a charity so then i know your not keeping the tip to. so thats a one way to look at it if the freebie week for noobs dont pan out for them then a pay per transaction PPT then.

come on people feedback I wanna see what everyone can come up with idea wise, seriously.
