@ahmed thx. so it says block: 4977 - is this correct? still says not synced - is there something i should do to fix this or just keep the wallet running?
Yes keep it running. That syncing problem is because not much people are staking. It's just how PoS works. We are still in our early days but we are making huge breakthroughs everyday. |

Hi, Was wondering if any of you guys could help with this. When there was forking issues a few days ago 3rd, I xferred BTX from my wallet do CCEX and it never appeared at CCEX. I have since been involved in protracted convo with their support who have finally advised me to get in touch with dev. I have resynced my wallet (as advised by ccex) numerous times over the course of the past few days but coins transactions all show as conflicted. transaction is 3c4ab2ab2ed39a7b48f3848e37eeb7f7b4bb2cab149d90fe05da557f1cf768c9 (no record on official block explorer) ccex wallet XXGTbyCQNK6kXXg1sJLyWnBzvZrfLKSJpL BTX wallet XZDz9ceqXP8Gimz9rPtySCbP2v3ENRgXC3 Conflicted transactions:- https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/29291167/bittrcon.jpgJust now after another resync https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/29291167/bittrcon2.jpgAs you can see all is up to date and current and BTX still haven't appeared in wallet as CCEX have advised. oh just an info
i doesnt work to get multiple 50k deposits in ur wallet , u only get for 1 the lucky stake, all others get the network stake
so u realy need 2 running wallets or more for mass lucky staking
edit: and atm is a hard block
"proof-of-stake" : 0.00013091
fast blocks have 0.00000xxx
so its not stuck
What is this based on? From what I remember in the code, every stake goes through the lucky block code and each gets an opportunity based on rand. It should be based on single address and the number of coins in that address (single transaction). Each address should be independent regardless of whether they are in one wallet or not. More info please so I can go check again if needed? |

Oh, for anyone having problem synching, here is what I would do, I learned this from being a long time Darkcoin holder and dealing with sporks/forks and the rest. Make sure you have nothing in your appdata roaming for BTX, move any old folders out of there. I don't delete them myself I just move them somewhere safe. This way you are always at least where you left off if something goes wrong. Then simply install the latest download from the ANN post here, let it synch all the way up, should be very fast. After it is synched with green check mark showing, drop in your old wallet into the new folder in Appdata roaming. Close wallet, restart, and you should be synched up. |

I believe it's time for BTX to return to Bittrex so I contacted them too. I tweeted. People should just stake in the meantime and let the new team do their thing. I'm just worried that for them they'll think it's more of a liability now. Lots of people got screwed the first time around and felt that Trex was liable. Not sure that they'll want to take that risk again. But hey, it's worth a shot. I guess if they could verify the code this time around that would be a start. |
