In many countries, bitcoin is not legal.
No, there are only few countries where bitcoin is illegal. Check out this list https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory Companies are looking to bitcoin now as something different in terms of investment and currency. There are big advantages that someone can take if he's going to stick with bitcoin and will have it as both investment and currency and in a country where there are no rules about it, it's not legal nor illegal.

I don't think that it can make any difference using bitcoin across the globe. Bitcoin is decentralised and even Government don't have any command on the usage of bitcoin. Bitcoin was accepted and will be accepted across the globe as the identity of person is not disclosed.
VENEZUELA is almost to launch his own cryptocurrency support y the goverment it is legal what do you think about.?

Just like people, you can't stop Bitcoin because it also has freedom.
Though in some countries it is banned. While other countries are on its way to launch
their own cryptocurrency.

Who cares if its legal or illegal?? Whose gonna keep watch on it?? Everyday large number of bitcoins are bought and sold who is gonna keep watch on it?? People are using and will continue to use it even the Government oppose it. So discussion on this topic is useless.

bitcoin is a legal, because if bitcoin is ilegal i though this campaign is not become well known in the world....
so bitcoin have a freedom to spread his signature campaign....it will accepted to entire world...

If I think about the topic of ligature, I get the idea that this is individual! In each country of the world the relation to bitcoin and consequently the legislation differs. And yet this topic is fresh and seriously developed and introduced only in Japan. I think that 10 years will pass and against the background of the next economic crisis, all countries will take over the head and integrate into their financial systems crypto-currencies as a means of payment and exchange. (the equivalent of goods and services) Cool

It's legal here in us but I don't know for how long. Our government still does not  recognized and it has not been talked about in news in all major stations so I'll just enjoy while this freedom still last.

that's right, in my opinion, the law of bitcoin is still vague, because there is no law against it,
so we can still use bitcoin, until there really is a law that forbids it

In my opinion, bitcoin is legal but the legality of bitcoin depends on the policies put in place by the government of a particular nation. So many countries have already started keying into the reality of the currency as it's acceptability is spreading like wildfire. Unfortunately, the government of many nations will find it difficult to stop this reality as the coin is widely acceptable across nations of the world.

Bitcoin currency is legit but not legal in every country, many governments are against in crypto currency they seeing that this currency would be a threat for their economy because if many people used this it would be big lost in earning of government.

Here in my country virtual currency is not yet recognize as legal currency but they do not restrict people to used bitcoin they only give some advise to all people using it.

The main concerns considered by most countries that hasn't legalized bitcoin, I think the government is still concerned about the adverse impacts on the country's economic system and the risks that would be borne to the country.
This digital currency till nowadays indeed is already proven to be very helpful for finances that make we said as though it should be legal, however the government still considering many things related to the impacts that will be received on the country and its citizens, because bitcoin itself is really anonymous and prone to a criminal acts committed by the community.

i don't see much of a difference between free to use and not regulated(in the first case it will be regulated too in the future i suppose...), also it surprise me that in the whole asia basically, bitcoin is restricted, i thought that only china has restricted it via exchange

legalized in bitcoin is considered ,it depends to bitcoin if they want to become legal...
main considered countries legalized bitcoin,if the government allow to become legalized the bitcoin it is nice way to us and good news...

We often repeat the phrase in Russia: "What is not forbidden is allowed!" - The topic of bitcoin and crypto currency is not described in general by laws. Therefore, all the coins and other market participants froze in anticipation - in fact the state announced that this year it will be corrected and in the future will be under close surveillance of the state. Legal definitions will be given to such concepts as "crypto-currency", "ICO", "mining" and others.  Roll Eyes

Bitcoin is considered an open source codec based on open source code that was released in 2009 by Satoshi Nakamoto. Bitcoin real is a number of hierarchical characters and digits to access the block chain (write policy) of its exact value. When we pay someone, we need to tell the chain to know how much to move. "Book number" is not subject to management of the state or any organization. It was encrypted virus with the mystery partners with target targetupdate problem. It was updated 10 minutes / times. All our services also need to wait 10 minutes, to be accepted.
