It's nice how you have a "Head Office", but of course you don't give the exact address, neither for your "Bitcoin Store", ie. no address or unit number.

The redemption amount is quite less as one can earn $25 with just 2 referrals 0.5g gold. I will try it today and hope that the site is legit. 

Whoops, I just noticed that I forgot to mention that the $25 is the fee to redeem to physical bars.

so you need around 40 referrals to reach the minimum withdrawal (the 10 grams) and around 2-3 referrals to reach the 25$ shipping if you don't add any funds?

it would be nice if you could sell the grams for BTC and withdraw them directly.

Beside him there is someone that have similar thing about bitgold and there are many people that already got the 0.25gram of gold from bitgold so I dont think there is a scam about bitgold. About your thing not receiving the gold is because you miss something out there or may be there is restriction about your country because there are several countries that has been banned from bitgold. If there is still problem may be you can try to contact their support
