What proof do you need to be sure that we are not scammers, but sound company trying to solve real problems and to bring confidence into crowd-funding and Bitcoin economy ? No, none of that. 75% of our fishing is "Chum Salmon" with red caviar in the very rich fishing season: July-August. All of others month just additional fishing, mainly So-iuy Mullet and Rainbow Smelt. |

Thank you! I just trying to help my brother to collect investments and to promote the great functionality of colored coins. There is an idea how we can pay dividends in bitcoin, not in USD: majority of our profit will be made till end of December 2015, so, in the end of December we can put all of USD profit necessary to pay monthly dividends during whole 2016 into bitcoin and then we will pay whole of year 2016 monthly dividends in fixed amount of bitcoin, does not matter what BTC/USD rate will be during 2016. What do you think about that? |

The problem here is that the burden of proof isn't on 'the community' to prove you aren't a scammer. The burden is on you to prove that you are somebody. Right now, you have nothing. Re: meatspace credentials - they do not matter in bitcoin, really. All the 'scanned documents' and 'proofs' in the world shouldn't convince people to invest in you (but, sadly, many will invest anyway). This is especially true in a forum where the scams/fails far outnumber anything that remotely turns a profit. I know this is a colored coin offering, but let's take a sample of offerings (albeit outdated) from Havelock: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=666993.0 During that time, out of 23 listed securities, only *1* turned any kind of profit. Regardless of scam or not, this is still only a 0.04% chance of ROI. It has been said before, but you'd be better off just putting BTC on a dice-throw somewhere (added bonus of instant results!). So what can OP do if they are serious? I shall refer to an ancient, but still valid post: So you think you're going to start a Bitcoin business, right? |

We have already some shareholders and we definitely will start to pay dividends as promised 1st January 2016 even if we would not manage to collect the funds for plate freezer. We will have enough profit to pay dividends in promised amount to small number of current shareholders without plate freezer. So, if somebody would like to see our history, he will see it after 1st January 2016, but after that time, new shares will be available only with dividends started from 1st January 2017. Highly likely in the 1st September 2015 we will close subscription for shares with dividends from 1st January 2016. Just one question: why you did not buy it direct? It would be about 13% cheaper... But ok, anyway... MasterXchange did not have facilities yet to spread dividends among the shareholders who have shares on their account. We requested them to make this feature and they promised to have it done till 1st January 2016 when the first dividends will come through. Hopefully they will do that in time, otherwise, all of shareholders who has the shares on the MasterXchange will have to ask them to spread the dividends manually. Do you think we are the first real business on the Open Assets protocol? I'm going to call this one a classic ponzi, nothing else. it would explain the test dividends... it depresses me to see every offering here to be such terrible scams. far east russia....yeah right... even if true, what recourse will all those who lose money on this garbage have when it all goes south... i guess we will see after august and they disappear. happy fishing, suckers.

We are sending test dividends now just because not everybody familiar with colored coins, so, people can play and see how it works. |

Can you be responsible for you words? Can you put a bet, let's say 10 BTC that we will disappear after august? I dont have 10 btc because I lost it all on shady "securities" offerings like this one. It is up to you to prove that you are legit. testing colored coins doesn't mean sh*7 I'll still be here in 2016. Can't say I feel the same way about you. Its never a surprise when a scammer makes bet/threats/get's his knickers in a twist when called out. If you really are legit, you should be doing a hell of a lot more to prove your ID and verify your actual assets. |

Yes. First of all, we do not trade bitcoin, we do not keep bitcoins, the investor even can pay RUR/USD/EUR... and this money will not converted to bitcoin, so, we just using the blockchain as shareholder registry. Secondly, all of these laws in Russia against bitcoin is not certain yet... |

The doctor is in!!! I found it on MasterXchange while manipulating COLZOIDY/BTC market. Since the exchange is closing, I suppose that it will be hard to find any investment opportunities in food-related business on Open assets protocol. Ironically, it seems to be most valuable asset we hold now. With big regret I should say that the project is closing because of fraud from our partners: they do not give to us our share of fish, so, no source from which to pay the dividends. P.s. For those (if any) who put a single cent in this scam, you will not get it back. May this be a lesson for everyone sending money to random people on the internet.

Please, be responsible for you words! Where do you see a scam? Phishing season is on the big move right now, we have collected more than 50 tonns of fisch already. Dvidents are coming in January 2016, as promised. Funny that this happend just before January 2016, as promised. For enyone who has "invested" into this the time to act is now, if you hope to get back anything. This scam has enter into the "we've been hacked, the dog eat our magic machine money maker, the partners don't give us our share of fish"... like they collected the fish for a year and acumulate it just to sell it now. Anyway, this is the phase when the stalling begins, with promice of returning funds, just to buy them time to cover their tracks and become harder and harder to find, until thei vanish. Seen this a million time and it seems people never learn. I don't even feel sorry for people that have lost money o this, I just want this scumbags to be cought, because thei give cripto a bad name, associating it with crimes of all sorts. |

First of all: I never deleted any comment, ever. As far as I can see there is button "delete" only for my messages. Secondly, we are returning right now, unconditionally, 100% of money which people invest in our shares in the same currency which they sent to us. End of story. |
