I believe you can purchase BTC with paypal there but you'll likely have to verify your ID with the seller.
But.. At the end of the day is is an age old scam technique and I'm calling you out on your bullshit.

Why don't you withdraw your PP funds to your bank account and then buy bitcoin via coinbase and/or circle? You will have virtually zero risk of getting scammed and will end up getting a much better rate then if yo pay with PayPal

I live in Canada. I have tried every possible method. Virwox has crazy fees, while every other exchange website needs verification that takes more than 24 hours.
Coinbase really needs to add depositing with Canadian banks.
