I'm surprised that you left me negative feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the auction winner has failed to come through with his payment but that doesn't mean I am still committed to honor my bid (since it was the 2nd highest bid). That's not how auctions work. I'd appreciate and explanation.
I had previously spoken to you about this via PM. It was because of the below term of the auction:
Payment is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction, if you do not pay in this time then your bid will be invalidated and the accounts will be sold to the next highest bidder who will be responsible for payment within 24 hours of me notifying you that you had won the auction.
As previously discussed via PM I have updated it to a neutral due to the fact that you let me know of the situation right away as well as the apparent misunderstanding.
