cant buying an ebay account be very risky? especially the one with bigger history of sellings? cant people be scammed from that account and the buyer wouldnt even know about that?

Ebay is VERY lenient when it comes to fraud and scams. It's paypal after all. Buyer wins almost every chargeback that's false, no doubt they'll win one that's legitimate. Plus, it won't take too many scams till Ebay shuts down the account forever.

Selling an eBay account isn't recommended. eBay track all IPs so if you logged in first from your IP and then the account is flagged for suspicious activity, eBay could place a ban on all accounts with that associated IP

isnt there more risk for the person who has the account cause they have their info all in there etc.

obviously the seller erases all personal data before making the sale.

endless potential shell bidding? if thats the case, you can always just have your friend bid on your stuff then to buy an account?
