What do you mean by stealth exactly? I'd also be weary of accepting paypal on here as many people try to do chargebacks so thats why bitcoin is preferred and this is a bitcoin forum after all.

Want legit (and legal believe it or not) PP or e-bay accounts go to buyvcc.com
No they're not aged and no they don't have feedback, but they are not stolen from an innocent victim, and they are legit and legal.
It's easy to pump up your feedback, I posted how in another thread and realized perhaps i shouldn't be so public (even though it's a common sense thing, not like uber hacking skills to hijack feeedback, just buying cheap things) so i'll omit that part here.
But I only posted here to try and give those legit ppl who for whatever reason dont already know what buyvcc is a resource to get an e-bay account. Scammer's and sellers of stolen accounts should get fucked and thats why i'm trying to diseminate this site to push out these stolen e-bay account seller's if even a little bit.
