For those people in Argentina that want to bypass currency controls and also shelter their money from government-induced inflation, this Buenos Aires exchange community claims to buy and sell bitcoin for Argentine pesos. Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.
