Could someone help me create a bitcoin based stock exchange, similar to GLBSE or CryptoStocks but without admission fee?
Should be open source... We can put it on GitHub.

What do you mean by "without admission fee"? You want to be able to create assets for free? GLBSE used to be like that and it was a scammers paradise. I can't say I'd recommend it.

We can use wisdom of the crowd instead, it's a better trust verification method anyway. Let investors rate the asset with say a five star model.

Making a stock exchange website open source doesn't sound like a very good idea.

I wouldn't trust an asset creator who doesn't even want to pay the asset creation fee. The 'admission fee' for GLBSE is too low IMO.

You better have a pretty strong background in coding, as well as IT and web security. Even so, open source? WAT?

I want to create an asset to raise the BTC i need to create an asset on glbse. That asset will raise BTC to create an asset on cryptostocks. The cryptostocks asset will be used to raise money to buy pizza. The pizza will be used for me to eat while I create a new asset on the free exchange.

Yep, open source code created by someone of which we don't know anything at all ( https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Satoshi_Nakamoto). I mean, no one among us would do something like that, right? However... well, if it's a client I have control of what it does, I can read the code and if there are no backdoors to control it from outside, I coudn't care less whoever wrote it. But for a site, of which you would have to hold the passwords... no Hey, idea: create a client for a decentralized exchange, make it open source, ad (after the code has been verified) I will trust it!

I'm looking to build something functionally similar, but it won't be for stocks.
