It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

As far as I know, you surrendered your collateral when you didn't pay your loan back (problems are irrelevant).

There was no agreement to refund part of the collateral if it exceeded the loan amount.

Perhaps this is something you can agree on in the future, but for this issue, it's wrapped up.

There is nothing you can do.

Next time you make a loan and plan to default, make an agreement that any excess funds from the sale of the collateral be returned to you.   Undecided

1st: Cool you off. Being angry led to poor decisions.
2nd: You took a loan with collateral; then, You had not repaid the loan on due date so relinquishing your collateral to lender.
3rd: You (the borrower) & irfan_pak10 (the lender) agreed to loan terms; so, what all the fuss over it?
4th: I really miss the reason over MZ's scamming you; also, the trust you left to MZ & EcuaMobi may amount to abuse of the trust feedback.

Take care.

I think he is saying that he should not be labeled a scammer. He doesn't appear to be complaining about loosing the value of his collateral.

It's possible 'scammer' is not the right word to use (that's arguable) but OP is definitely untrustworthy. The deal was not selling the account for 0.1 BTC, OP agreed to repay the loan and if he doesn't repay it then he's not respecting his own word. I would never trust or deal with a user whose word is worthless.

Besides that a big issue with OP is his trust abuse:

  • He added a negative feedback to the loaner even though OP was the one who disrespected their agreement.
  • I, Vod and MZ left a negative feedback to OP because he defaulted the loan. After reading other people's opinion I was in doubt so I removed my feedback. However afterwards OP left a negative feedback in my profile with a lie:
    Quote
He give me negative trust becouse some user earn 0.2BTC on my loan
Obviously the reason for the negative feedback I left and removed was because OP defaulted his loan and didn't follow the agreed contract. It was not because "some user earn 0.2BTC".

I was in doubt for a while but with this behavior I confirmed OP should not be trusted.

It doesn't matter if he earned 300% on the collateral - you didn't pay your loan on time and you didn't have an agreement for him to refund the excess value to you.  Keep in mind the value of the collateral could have dropped as well (scam accusations on account), in which case you wouldn't be complaining, right?

I'm ok with using your terminology - what do you want to call yourself seeing you failed to pay back a loan as promised?

Yeah, I wouldn't say he's a scammer. He secured the loan so nothing was scammed. Like op is complaining about it's actually good for the lender he didn't/can't repay because he can make much profit on the account. Op has nothing to complain about in this regard because he offered it as collateral and knew the terms.

You shouldnt call him anything, what if he had problems to pay the loan, wich he obviously did, you cant know what happened exactly. If someone does not pay a loan because he simply cannot i wouldnt call him a scammer, if he doesnt pay it because HE DOESNT WANT TO, now thats a different story

True Irfan got a good profit but therr is no reason for him to give his account back. Also calling scammer when a person do a quick-sale via loan is not a recent thing After all, it is a loan not a sale. I can correct the word in negative feedback if someone tells me more appropriate word which I can agree with.

If he can't pay, he should tell it before due date. He obviously avoided it and now asking account back realizing the value.

Have you considered putting it as plain as Defaulted borrower? IMO, If you think it is not being clear enough you could still rephrasing it as Untrustworthy defaulted borrower. Just my 2 satoshi, however.

+1. I think also that BitcoinBoss666 abusing trust feedbacks to retaliate & silence people here not agreeing with him, e.g. like you or EcuaMobi, only make him look more untrustworthy than ever. Screenshot to preserve evidence, here: http://gyazo.com/90e3f9bce587390c1625aed922f9eae7

I dont want my account back. I think if he earn on this loan everything is ok. But i saw that he call me scammer.I never was scammer and i don't care what you tell. You always take thread from wrong site. If your friend dont tell how it was please dont to rate me wrong. Im not scammer andi dont abusting trust feedback(they call me scammer im not scammer that why respond on red feedback). First time i have situation like this. People here are really strange. In normal world if you earn 200% on loan this is ok and you dont have pretense.

You know the meaning of a loan first of all?

If give take a loan from the bank of $1000 and give my property worth triple the amount and then don't pay the loan, the bank has a right to take over my property. As simple as it sound and then I cannot go about complaining to the bank to give me back my property. It's gone.

You dint lose 0.2 BTC but it's a term set by the loan giver that you agreed to. You dint fulfill the terms and hence the loss. There's nothing to complain and leave negative feedback to the loan giver. It's your fault to not payback the loan.

This is clear for me. I dont pay loan he take my collateral. He earn on this transaction. And read again i dont want give back my property. He call me scammer and type that my account worth 0.1BTC. I told him my account worth much more and i can buy it again if it worth 0.1BTC(and i told i can pay even more) that was after loan of course. And i dont scam, im not scammer and i dont care what you think. I never steal any bitcoin's. I can ask before take loan what with collateral becouse that was clear for me that if i cant pay loan he take my account and earn much more. And i know i have right.

IF you aren't complaining about him taking an account worth 0.3 BTC or more, then I clearly don't see any reason for anyone calling you a scammer. I don't know who sent the other member a negative feedback but in this case it should be removed from both the accounts as no scam has occurred. It just a loan defaulter case and since the loan giver has earned his loan amount, there is no need for anyone to crib about losing/earning money.

Next time kindly be careful while applying for a loan as if you don't pay it, you probably lose your collateral which may be worth more than the loan itself.

I think he is saying that he should not be labeled a scammer. He doesn't appear to be complaining about loosing the value of his collateral.

yep thats what i think hes saying too, he had collateral so how is he a scammer?

It's possible 'scammer' is not the right word to use (that's arguable) but OP is definitely untrustworthy. The deal was not selling the account for 0.1 BTC, OP agreed to repay the loan and if he doesn't repay it then he's not respecting his own word. I would never trust or deal with a user whose word is worthless.

Besides that a big issue with OP is his trust abuse:

Yeah, I wouldn't say he's a scammer. He secured the loan so nothing was scammed. Like op is complaining about it's actually good for the lender he didn't/can't repay because he can make much profit on the account. Op has nothing to complain about in this regard because he offered it as collateral and knew the terms.

True Irfan got a good profit but therr is no reason for him to give his account back. Also calling scammer when a person do a quick-sale via loan is not a recent thing After all, it is a loan not a sale. I can correct the word in negative feedback if someone tells me more appropriate word which I can agree with.

Have you considered putting it as plain as Defaulted borrower? IMO, If you think it is not being clear enough you could still rephrasing it as Untrustworthy defaulted borrower. Just my 2 satoshi, however.

Changed "scammer" to "untrustworthy borrower". Thank you for the suggestion!

I dont care what you think. He earn on this loan 300% this is not normal. I lost 0.2BTC or even more and you told i not be trusted  what is wrong with you guys.
And im not scammer.

You shouldnt call him anything, what if he had problems to pay the loan, wich he obviously did, you cant know what happened exactly. If someone does not pay a loan because he simply cannot i wouldnt call him a scammer, if he doesnt pay it because HE DOESNT WANT TO, now thats a different story

If he can't pay, he should tell it before due date. He obviously avoided it and now asking account back realizing the value.

+1. I think also that BitcoinBoss666 abusing trust feedbacks to retaliate & silence people here not agreeing with him, e.g. like you or EcuaMobi, only make him look more untrustworthy than ever. Screenshot to preserve evidence, here: http://gyazo.com/90e3f9bce587390c1625aed922f9eae7

That's very nice of you, considering the OP is telling people you should not be trusted!  Maybe he will edit his feedback now.   Undecided
