Solve this chemical vapor deposition problem for 0.2 coins

Use the chemical vapor deposition process given to build a thin layer of metal / dielectric on a silicon wafer.

CVD Gas RXN
SiH4 + 2O2 = SiO2 + 2H2O

Use thermodynamic data from the NIST website kinetics.nist.gov. Determine the temperature and pressure for the production of 100 microns of SiO2 on the silicon substrate.

Select a reactor to carry out the deposition.


Use the following example to calculate mass transfer rates.

So we need to find the value of h using the example?

I got h = 0.005. Is it right? I need to find the unit as well now if it's right.
