I made a withdraw request on 01.08.15 with the Amount 0.01082692 BTC and still did not get a payout since today.

From the FAQ

Withdrawals are being processed manually and most are processed within 24-48 hours but payments may be as infrequent once per week in order to minimize transaction fees.

It's now 8 days...

i didnt use them very long, but i realized their rates are quite low, so i never made a withdraw. hope you get paied

I think it really has a slow cash out process there were several threads before that is the same like yours and they do eventually receive their withdrawals but it will take long

Although not recently, but I have made withdrawals from the site. Paid promptly as expected.

I'd suggest contacting the support before shouting scam about a site on this forum. Just to keep it fair and real.

Coinurl seems to have sorted there delays out, so retracting my previous comments. They do pay out well, used them for a long time so think this was just a blip.
