could be if you are smart in managing the faucet and certainly should have enough referrals and even if you get quite a lot of the hard work and takes time, because it's free

I had a class that discussed a topic like this.  Even though it is "free" it is costing you time.  Time is worth something, time is not free. 

You have opportunity cost.  You can do a faucet or you could learn a skill that could earn you more money down the road.   This is just one example, there is a infinite amount of things you cold have done with the time you spend on faucets.

When it comes down to it your getting paid cent's for hours of work.  It's not worth my time or opportunity cost personally.  Some view it differently.

i think every time someone asks about free money from a faucet, we should introduce them to a calculator.

if they really do some multiplications they can see that 100, 500 satoshi is not worth wasting time for.

spending time on anything else would make you more money than spending it on faucets.

I agree with you. Although, I don't think people should see signature campaigns as a way to earn money; getting paid for posting on this forum should be seen as an extra: you should post on this forum because you think the topics are interesting, or when you want to help people (like now), or other valid reasons. Posting to get paid is something that should be prevented as that does not contribute to a better forum. I'm glad many signature campaign owners see this nowadays.

just look under marketplace > services, there are a variety of sites offering campaigns, but there arent many that offer enrollment for jr members. 777coin is one that offers members of all ranks to join however. just be sure not to spam useless posts, that can get you both banned from the forum and removed from the campaign.

However, as a "member" (forum rank) on this forum you won't earn much. Besides that, as SubSTRATA already mentioned, be sure not to spam useless posts. Looking at your current posts, most of them exist of "bump messages". I don't think any signature campaign provider is willing to pay for such posts; so if you want to join a campaign, you should change your way of posting on this forum.

almost all giveaways have some kind of requirement to be claimed for free. because if they don't have that requirement like minimum activity of being member, there are a lot of people who are going to abuse them and get away with it.

probably the right answer; this forum is a fantastic source of "free" bitcoin. "free" because its not completely free; you need to post for it but its still pretty free as long as your posts have good quality.
