So I made the poor choice of buying a NetSpend card and then dealing with a seller on LBC (won't say any names) but he ended up fucking me, so now I have this unregistered card and I can't return it. I have a receipt available to show that it was bought with cash. PM me if you're interested. I would prefer a seller that I will be able to deal with in the future as well, and I am willing to look into other forms of payment like Reloadit, PayPal MyCash, Visa Gift Cards, etc for future deals only. This deal is strictly NetSpend. I am negotiable but don't try to rip me off. Escrow/Middleman is a MUST unless you are very well trusted in this community.
