Why not just withdraw the paypal balance to a bank account?
Stolen / hacked paypal?
I think the negative profile feedback will put most people off.

Probably actual balance, or else the scammer seller would just mention that it was a credit card balance. Trading btc to paypal is already dangerous and you need to fully trust the other party... If anyone goes for this deal, they'll obviously just get burnt. |

Firstly, there is no way to prove that he actually owns the paypal account. it could be hacked for all we know. The seller also claims that the account is not even verified. |
