Please do the following while updating:

1. Backup your wallet.dat
2. Delete all files inside your appdata/Equilibriumcoin folder
3. Copy the wallet.dat back to the coin folder
4. Launch the new wallet and let it sync, it can take a few seconds to get the first connection but it will work.

I dont think this is an update that will cause you to lose any coins. You just need to not lose your wallet.dat file.

Coins sent to yobit will appear once they have updated and resynced. Coins being withdraw from them might be at stake though

EQM still not updated at yobit. Do not move funds in or out. After they update balances should catch up.

So I am new to dynamic PoS. I thought the reward was 40 EQM per PoS block found between 1000-2000 and between 2000-3000 it would be 20 per PoS block found. Is this right or does the smooth PoS mean it reduces slowly each level?
