The late great Earl Blumenthal used to say that the first sell signal in an uptrend was really a buy signal..
Shakeout: A stock forms two tops at a level but does not actually give a double top. This is followed by a double bottom to "shakeout" the weak holders of the stock. The action point to buy on the shakeout pattern is the first three box reversal up after the sell signal. The shakeout pattern is considered complete when the triple top is broken. This pattern must occur above the bullish support line to qualify. Overall a bullish pattern. Not very possible scenario but why not?

What can cause a shakeout? Maybe FBI auction or a deal between Greece and Troika: https://twitter.com/paulmasonnews/status/615823478353227776"Greece is considering a new offer from the institutions. Not clear if from Commission only or all 3. Critical issue will be SMP bonds" It's not safe to hope for the best without preparing for the worst!

It's alright, I'll be watching this space even though I don't believe in TA predictions. PnF looks promising though. One question: care about doing the same for a linked-alt? (ie: LTC). It would be nice to compare results. Cheers.

Bitfinex LTCUSD HL: Take notice how the price stopped exactly on the bearish resistance line (4.25)!! PnF does not work.... Buy at 4.5, maybe sell at 3.5. Bullish support 1.25-1.5, stoploss 0.75 If we break 4.5 next resistance 6.5-6.75 EDIT: Forgot to mention something very important - our buy signal (double top break) was at 2.5$. Damn, this is a certain way to lose your money, stay away people!!

We hit first support line (264$) - it is a buy zone down to 258 IMO! Interesting setup for LTCUSD @BTC-e, let's see which direction it will break: Sell at 4.25$ LTCUSD @Bitfinex:
