Hey guys, I would like to announce a logo design contest for SmartCoin International, a group with interests in crypto currency development. (I have been maintaining the altcoin "SmartCoin" since Spring of 2014.)
The winning entry should contain graphics meeting the following specifications:
1) First, I would like a 3d model and rendering of a coin that looks like something along these lines.
Specifically, it should be a metal coin with a "cyber" type of theme. While the colors are mostly up to the designer, Bitcoin's orange and the blue white grey type of scheme at smartcoin.cc are acceptable.
However, there should not be any letter or symbol on the coin, besides whatever is formed by the circuitry or node connection type of artwork.
2) I would like 3 of these coins arranged in the following perspective.
3) Then, the resulting graphic should be flattened/rasterized, i.e., made to look good in a 2d graphics context. Whether it becomes fully 2d or retains some of the 3d model elements is up to the designer, however, it should be easy to 3d print or stamp it. This would become the main logo symbol for SmartCoin International.
4) A company logo with the words "SmartCoin International", with an option for "SmartCoin" to be used by itself. The above coin symbol could be added below the text for the full brand logo.
Terms: I am willing to send 1.0 BTC to the entry meeting the above criteria and being satisfactory enough to "go with", as well as 0.1 BTC for a referral fee (if any). In the case of multiple entries, the 1.0 BTC could be split up, or sent to a selected winner, depending on circumstances. If no entries are satisfactory enough to be selected as a winner, I reserve the right to cancel this contest and pursue other venues for graphic design. In regards to time frame, I am hoping to have a winner within the next couple of weeks. In order to receive payment, the original graphics files should be sent to my email by the selected winner, along with a Bitcoin wallet address.
