The transaction fee from the exchange should probably be increased for the time being to .001 due to low activity and anyone sending daily transactions back and forth can adjust their transaction fee setting accordingly.Consider it a donation towards network health I suppose.
Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Any xbc coin holders who send more than 10 transactions between their wallet and the exchange each day will receive their transaction fees X 2 back for every transaction sent if they post the transaction details on the thread.

Yes is anyone makes more than 10 transactions over a 24 hour period then you can post pm details if you do not wish to post them to me here or message the competition address @    BC6VbDWtQzXGZCSMGBZAhrzh9HDh3jcHRx    from your wallet with the details and you will have your fees refunded times 2.

somebody sell over 1750 xbc today around .003 not very clever considering someone bought a stack at twice that price yesterday

That's the thing if you are patient and are not too greedy you can make money at any price even while its this low.Don't be afraid to sell some coins either.

Mornin guys and gals!  The marriage was great.  Now I'm broke, but she had her wedding... with that said, lets get back to business...

-I'm working on getting the linux side of things ready with our dev.  Should have some more news on this soon.
-I will be updating all the sheets this weekend... donations, funds, expenditures, etc... stay on the lookout for that.
-If you haven't noticed, some folks on the team are working on new ways to attract people to xbc by holding random giveaways, refunds, etc.  We're working on spreading the word.  Please help out when you can in the trollboxes... just dont go full troll... no one likes that.
-we will put out a list of bounties soon.  These will be mainly marketing/social bounties.

We're on skype... contactus@bitcoinplus.org ... just an FYI

Its looks like most who have voted are in favour of finding a permanent core developer who will operate the technical side of things.Actually surprised there are so few votes for a marketplace considering that was the initial goal of xbc back in the good old days. Also there are very few votes cast and only 2 people so far have entered the competition so that will be discontinued unless there are posts here or pm's asking for it to remain.

TBH guys with bitcoin price so low and xbc not stabilising at a reasonable price further development is becoming less of an option these days unless some community members with skills are willing to sacrifice some of their time and expertise for the xbc cause at least until our funding allows us to outsource.

Team members will continue to run the website and maintain the running of nodes and deal with any technical issues. All community members are asked to use their wallets as often as possible and send a couple of micro transactions to the exchange when they are syncing to the latest block. Also maybe reach out to other addresses with a message now and again and who knows maybe you will get chatting with other xbc fans. After all ET got to phone home eventually and his technology was primitive in comparison to what we have:-))

Well looking at the poll it seems pretty clear what is required so maybe start recommending prospects who you would like to see behind the wheel of the plusbus.A pm or email or use the wallet to contact us with any further questions.

Thanks guys

We have had someone recommend a person with exceptional technical skills and will make an attempt to engage with them however it looks like this person has their hands full at the moment but we will give it a while to see if there is a response before moving on.

We may need to look at alternative ways to reward a developer if the time comes maybe through some form of crowdfunding as XBC payments may not be a viable option at these prices.

what is the next stage of development??

hellar the next stage of development will depend on what funds are available and who is going to be doing the developing. If someone does develop the coin further or in a new direction it would really be their decision to make with community agreement.Basically we cannot dictate to any potential developer what we want unless they are being paid well to do it.If we get a developer who wants to work with xbc on their own terms that is fine we dont have to implement what they suggest without community input etc but without agreement nothing will be done either.Basically beggars cannot be choosers so to speak unless they who are giving offer such choice but a beggar can also be free to refuse help if they so wish.

If anyone wants to suggest new ideas or whatever just shout them out on the thread and we will add them onto the poll.

Well now in all fairness we have team members who do all the work without any payment and yet are still willing to listen to what any coin holder suggests and would implement all these ideas if it were possible.Any developer would be lucky to take on a coin with less than 100k units,a great relationship with a leading exchange, dedicated team to help out, community wallet with a large reserve, some good technical upgrades already carried out etc so lets be fair here Smiley

We have had a response from our first recommendation and unfortunately we may have been reaching too high too quickly. This developer is probably the best one in the game and is commited to his own projects at this time.Of course he is always welcome to drop by anytime around these parts and it would be a privelege to say the least.

He has however taken his time to give a generous response that contained many valuable points regarding our best approach and been realistic about our situation which we will analyse and take what we can from it to steer our efforts in the right direction.

Thanks for the recommendation of course and to be honest I wasn't expecting a response even when I looked him up and saw who he was and how busy he was at this time so once again big thanks to him also.

No retreat people.. we march onwards
