Be wary of gift PayPal that's reversible. Unless you can withdraw the cash via atm and its stealth account.

I really don't see the use of ID vertification and video and whatever . It's not like you can sue them if they can you mate , Imagine you are from two different countries , how you are planning to sue them ? If it was millions let's say you can , but for 35$ ? I don't think the Interpol or whatever will move for that .
If you need this badly simply use Bit-x or Virwox as the user above stated however they will take shitload of fees as far as I know .
