Can anyone confirm that Bitcoin-Qt ignores the strDataDir setting in Bitcoin-Qt-testnet.conf file even when it's started with -testnet? 
It always uses the strDataDir settings from Bitcoin-Qt.conf.
This problem seems not to exit with the other settings in Bitcoin-Qt-testnet.conf.

Maybe I did something wrong, but please someone try to reproduce this.
I'll report it on Github if it's reproducible.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Are you sure it is using the setting from Bitconi-Qt.conf, or is it just using testnet3 no matter what?
If I am not mistaken, the testnet strDataDir is hard coded: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/e564e63ef04e55b1e446f8440d51c611bc41cec6/src/chainparamsbase.cpp#L34
