No. The database was copied, there are many copies now many people have it.
Does the DB that was copied only have what theymos listed as having, or did it have more information (or less)?

He did not as his password was reset via secret question (source: https://bitcointalk.org/seclog.php). It is most likely hacked since the answers to the secret questions were not hashed as securely as the passwords and were thus more easily brute-forced and guessed than the password.
