It all depends on what you are looking to have developed. I don't charge european or american prices which tend to be very expensive. Whenever you need anything designed or developed consult with me and I'll give you a reasonable quote.

With your 2D and 3D animation, can you do it as video?

I am looking for a video cartoonist/animator to create a 5 sec video introduction for youtube.
The subject will be a toddler boy, my son, and the theme will be something mixed together associated with 'fun, summer, Australia, toys, playtime'.
> based off a photo or video, colourful, fun for young kids saying something like
