Is there somekind of problem regarding the activity points? im not getting an increase in my activity points since 8 hours now

You will get +14 to your activity per two weeks if you will post at least 14 posts in that time period. If you will post less - you will get less but you won't get more than +14. Best regards. |

Hey guys i know about how activity works but if you check my profile i only have 41 activity so the minimum i should get by now is 42
|

Yes you should have 42 and not 41, maybe this is related to the downtime? Not sure. |

Yes you should have 42 and not 41, maybe this is related to the downtime? Not sure. I dont know. Maybe admins have to check about this case. I also noticed some users have activity points stacked on numbers which is not divisible by 14 so the problem is not on my account only |

There must be a problem with it for at least some people because I posted lastnight for the first time this activity period, it should have pushed my activity to 392 but as you will see it stayed and 378 which is a bit annoying, I figured it would sort itself out but hasn't.  |

I got same issue. After the hack it was normal , I believe this was implemented yesterday. OP's has passed nearly 12 hours without updating activity. So , is it done daily from now on or twice a day? And will it be temporary or somehow permanent? |

May i know how often is it updating? Yesterday there is no changed yet I'm not sure. Theymos is kinda vague about it. It took several hours for my activity to update on Tuesday. Previously, every hour the server went through every single post in order to recalculate everyone's activity. This was amazingly slow and for some reason it's now blocking other database transactions occasionally. Therefore, I changed it so that activity is only calculated for people who were active recently.

Hmmm it has taken 15 hours so far and no change on mine, I have underlined what could be the problem, I had not been on a few days before the downtime and then a couple of days after the downtime. So no posts only changing password in one week. So for that it looks like I miss the activity for this period  . So many questions on this has there been a thread that I have missed explaining more? |

Mine should have updated as well, I believe. Mine should have changed on May 27. My last post before May 27 was May 25. Shouldn't that be considered active? Has the hack caused the 2 week limit to be moved down a few days? |

This should be probably be updated here, if it is not going to be a temporary phenomenon. I was confused after seeing newbies (including tomatocage2) with zero activity, although they had made posts some time back. |
