As long as I know the bonus is only to play, so you can't withdraw it. If you want to withdraw you need to play with the bonus and get some credits if you win.

u should read my previous post cause i had the same question, but my bonus became credits now, just playing and it will be released to credits, but u need to win some chips, if lost, the bonus will be 0.
