See this tx for an example of false advertizing: https://blockchain.info/tx/e9301eddddf26ef78a12eb275e0181eb7f05d220863d33217ded021cdfc917c3 (lots of other txs with same text)

The claim is that coins sent to this address 12wz8vyq4n7ZoQRyQumNkbCmvKH3DNfihL in reality the coins never return at all, see
last 0.1 BTC sent to it here https://blockchain.info/tree/53173297 there it still sits days later ...

Another scammer taking advantage of lack of reputable mixers which mix at an affordable rates (1.5% charged by blockchain.info is about 3 times higher than reasonable)
