This is a plan to create a web service in order to provide easy ways for people to collaborate and interoperate through the Internet.
PHILOSOPHY - THE PROBLEM
The economic scarcity constitutes the most throaty but effective growth engine of the industrialized society. Although, nowadays, the same scarcity that generates surplus value, in a inevitably computerized and informed commercial system, the commercial profit evolutionary decreases. Instant consequences are the increasingly institutionalization of innovation and the decreasing velocity of monetary units circulating. Therefore, the exponential advancement of technology reveals unskilled and unwilling in regard to the educational process, human resources. So, we are heading towards an unprecedented, of global scale, very unstable and dangerous, conflict of the acquis communautaire against the economical uncertainty in survival terms.
It is such a big problem, the economic one, so as, there is an amazingly huge amount of information to discuss and thoroughly understand it. Now, what matters most is to design solutions...
SERVICE
A web page that is consisted of: Physical goods and monetary units requests. Personal profiles. Collaborative, interdisciplinary and hierarchical communication channels(there are three levels of collaborators that are explained in the operation section). Interdisciplinary news feed. Multidiverse statistics and graphs. Interactive educational environment on how to participate in the collaborative hierarchy(as mentioned, channels are explained in the operation section). Multilingual and diverse environment according to each culture.

Common pot of things:A common pot to be maintained by several factors. That is, each transfer of value for the requests of the benefited users always results a small giveback to the community as a reward for the community(internal contribution). The external contributions is one way, at last, for the global motionless values to be redistributed. Furthermore, the exploration of cryptocurrencies mining is the internal investment, research and development mechanism. In conclusion, the common pot accepts and distributes physical goods as a repository, through a network of warehouse facilities. This is, finally, a supply and demand control flow.
Collaborators:The most critical part. The way people are going to work and develop under a specific consensus. What we want is a sustaining by people automation collaborative system. This is achieved by circular workload of individuals under a specific timeframe with the amount of work to be established in a 6-day/per week operation on each level. The communication channels, which are visible on the whole network, are given to each level for real time discussion and consensus. The backbone of the network is the people that is consisted of. As soon as the 6 day timeframe passes, each collaborator sends a request on the network for the amount of monetary units that deserves, which by its turn this statement is defined by the consensus of the network inside the loop of the levels. Therefore, after one day off the workload, the collaborator might ascend to the next level or exit the collaborative loop.
The observation and analysis of the statistical data of the network with holistic and reductionistic approach combined(whole network, individuals, interdisciplinary topics), along with personal judgement, provides the required information in order for a request to be approved and ascend in the approval collaborative scale until the final high-level approval. The approval scale of the collaborator levels, filters the requests adequately and sustainable for the community through the large and open communication channels.
There is a variety of responsibilitites depending on the level. The high development and user level collaborators interoperate as periodical masterminds and act for the approval of all requests and for every architectural decision. Each topic of discussion in the network, by its turn, has its own masterminds who derive through the acceptance of the network(the well-known rating system of professional social networks). The network defines also the magnitude of each decision to be made, taken consideration of advanced socioanalytics of an unseen scale through the activity of the network. The balance between abundance and scarcity of available resources, efficiency, and openess of the network ensures that there is no need to game the network while the collaboration levels acting as filters. The medium-level collaborators intercommunicate with the highest and lowest levels of the categories of development and users respectively. Although, only the high-levels of the categories intercommunicate. The low-level collaborators are everybody that floats around the network. In low-level, the developers pull code and make changes to be revised in the approval scale, while the users are all the registered users communicating with the other low and medium level in each category.
