Hi Mods,
I tried to reset password for an account of mine and tried to send request to get an email as the other alternative was not of my use as I didn't put a secret question for that account...

What's the problem??? Why am I not getting any email in same regards???
Did I lose control on that account???

Did you try logging in with your old password and then just resetting it that way? This way no email confirmation is required. Also check your spam box.

I tried to login with my old password but I am not able to, which is why I am trying to use "Forgot your Password?" alternative...

It's Outlook account, and I even checked my spam, but can't see any email from BCT...

The elephant in the room has a funny name. Their name is....

"Your account was compromised and had it's password and e-mail address reset by the new owner."

I admit that it's a weird name. Any chance of you sharing what specific account we're talking about?

I am sorry I cannot share it publicly...

I would instead send the details to the mods like theymos, if they need it...

Here is the thing. Make your request count. Provide all the information required in the first go. Make it so the admins do not have to go digging around. You get only one shot at this.

I repeat, follow the instructions there to the letter. You may not get a second chance. Good luck.
