Don't take too long coming up with v2. This was a great idea.

Except for all the scam coins on the site... V2 must include more information to be provided by the one who want to start a crowdfunding ie. passport verification etc.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Require ID and personal docs in order to host an ICO in the future.
Perhaps hold back so much ICO funds until a certain period has passed as well. Like say 10 days seeing as the majority of the scammers who used your service had already up and bolted by that time.
