I have been using freelancer for a while. They take a processing time of 15 Days for newbies over there. How many funds you have there? I recommend requesting a withdrawal over there now and if you find a buyer before, you can cancel withdrawal, else you can will get funds in your account.

Do they allow withdraw to neteller? Its true, no one will take freelancer funds since that's illegal since you'll have to fake up a job and pay for it (as far as i know)

Just start the withdraw to Neteller process now. You're shooting yourself in the foot by limiting your payment method to Freelancer.
