Original roadmap is on the op page. Things changed since it was posted though - and not just for Litedoge. The whole crypto ecosystem changed. Would you like to define what you mean by "improve the outlook of this coin" ?

I am not in charge of the dev team, merely part of it.  The last update that was done to fix all of the issues that caused chain to fork was done by some of the other devs.  It is a community coin, so if anyone wants to help out, just let us know.  We'd also like to see this coin continue, but some of us have had other things taking up our time for the last few months.

As far as getting in touch with the devs on BCT, they monitor the other thread that they started more than this one.   So if you have any questions/suggestions/thoughts on litedoge that you want to let the devs know about, they are more likely to read them over here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1308769.0
