A HYIP without monitors can't get enough success because monitors are in fact used to track the programs posting daily payments, reviews and so on. I don't know how much you know about HYIPs but I can guarantee you that they are almost necessary.
Anyhow, my strategy is to keep up to date all forums through monitors and promoters so that people will start trying it out one day. IMHO it's all about marketing and advertising.

PS: the same goes for German, Italian and Russian sections

Ive been around a while and tested many monitors. Don't get me wrong, I didn't say they were unnecessary. It just pisses me off that nearly all of them post sites as still paying even after numerous communications stating that a hyip is not. I was raising an issue of credibility, not necessity, which of course they are. Either way, we're off topic. I'll keep an eye on your progress and jump in the boat when you've earned some street cred..

Monitors are meant to display paying status in the case they get paid only, but of course there are some cheap/trash monitors displaying paying status even if the monitored/listed program is scam already.
However, as you can see the monitors I've chosen are perfectly trustable, especially InstantScamAlert (probably the most trusted community around). The current monitors I personally purchased are trusted and highly active on forums, they won't hesitate to display not paying status if something is wrong with payments, in fact one week ago only blockchain.info's API were giving us problems with deposits and withdrawals but monitors didn't know that and instantly switched our status from paying to not paying.
