From what I see of the specs, it should work, but you might have to make the cable portion - I only see it listed as having red/black wires.  This also means there will be no speed sensing or speed control.  The CFM is way too low on that one though, IMO.  My favorite alternative fan right now is this one:

They're cheap but it takes two to do a decent job (push/pull) - and they aren't PWM controlled (so only full speed), but they do report speed.  You need to clip off one of the little pieces of plastic so the 3pin header can plug onto the 4pin header.  I haven't found a cheap, decent PWM 4pin yet that comes close, even at 2x the price, they're all either not powerful enough (CFM or SP), or they're just as loud as the stock one.

this is the fan i have it has a 4pin connector and 120cfm i plan on using two per s5 my main concern is the wire is the same so they don't short circuit the main board on the s5

I replaced a S4 with Sanyo Denki SunAce 120 9GV1212P1J091 it pumps out a ton of air: 6400RPM @ 224CFM.   Not made for those wanting a quiet miner though.   And there are ofcourse the higher speed delta's.   With S5 on one fan I would stick with higher rpm fans, only way you can go down is if you start looking at 2 and do the push/pull.

I definitely recommend Scythe Ultra Kaze in push-pull configuration. S5 produces a lot of heat and is not the best at dissipating it, so going lower than 130CFM even in push-pull is not the best idea, if you will have it running in hot environments (30+ °C).

For colder environments (up to 25°C) Corsair SP120L (NOT SP120) in push-pull will do an ok job.

I used to run Scythe Ultra Kaze as push and Corsair SP120L as pull and it worked quite well.

Summmer does make it a little bit harder on fan picks.  Once those with heat hit winter coolness again we have other options of push/pull as far as more quiet fans.

I had mine in 80 F degrees or so yesterday with factory fan and it worked perfect.   (Lots of fans pushing air out of where the miners are)
