Just positive thinking is more important for any anything in our life so it is important in gambling also. Expecting your profit is not a harmful thing but it is most important thing for making profit in gambling. But expecting more may lead to greedy which should be avoided in gambling.

Playing smart may covers a gambler's perfection towards his actions on gambling but the point is gambling itself more smart than us to make us more greedy and to end our day in losses. Acting according to situation may give positive results. Some people may call it playing smart.

Wanted to know how greedy people actually are , I'am personally not into gambling with the real meaning to be honest
however I see a lot of my friends says "im stupid" and stuff like that , because they start earning a lot on the begining then they get greedy and lose basically all , does it happen to you ?

It happened to me as well. And that's when I 've learned the hard way. I used to do sports trading at the Betfair. My first bets and trades got me some good profits, and in one game I risked it all at the end of a soccer game and got screwd.

Now I know that being greedy doesn't pay and you can win some and lose some but if you are not greedy you can stay on profit!

Being greedy is a bad habbit.  I am the type that I play for a bit and see the small amounts I am gambling, then I think that is I would just bet the pot, I would win larger amounts.  Needless to say I do not, and I end up loosing all I started with.  What you gonna do?

i wouldn't rate myself as greedy. I view gambling as an entertainment and I expect to lose, so there is no greed involved.

I play it smart. Gambling is entertainment for me...some times a I win, some times I lose. I never rely on it for income. Often if someone spent as much time doing real work as they did gambling they'd make a fine income, but people are caught up in the allure of the "big hit"...that'll set the off for the rest of their life. Simple math explains that the odds are way, way too low to be worth the effort.

To keep gambling fun I use sites that have a lot of options. Not just dice or black jack, but casino games, dice games, sports betting, etc.

Pretend that you only have that money (on your bankroll) for make living. If you bet all your money there or betting almost 50% of your bankroll. You must prepare for worst.

betting any amount of money when you depend on whatever bankroll you may be considering on betting is stupid in the first place. you are knowingly endangering your financial stability for a few cheap thrills. that isnt a matter of greed, its more a matter of common sense than anything. dont gamble at all unless you have an excessive amount of money to spare.

I would say that I am a little greedy.  I like to play, but I also like to win.  Like most other people, I do not like loosing.  I only play to win and games that I can not win or have no luck with, I do not like to play.  When it comes to thinking of others, I tend to put others first, but when it comes to gambling, I do not like to loose.
