There is other problem too in India, WU don't give cash to Indian if over 10k INR(150 USD) come from foreigner. They always give bank cheque so we have to deposit in bank account and it will clear in 1-2 days.

Most daily wage workers from abroad send weekly payments of less than 10k so they do give out money in 'minutes' in those cases. Before 2008 WU were the most secure way to send / receive money from abroad.

All the people that have traded directly with me have sent first to me and the amount mounts beyond 100,000 INR ! and I have always sent first in cases where an escrow was involved.

He has a very good point. By putting a scam, ponzi in your signature, you are promoting the scam. That's only one step away from perpetrating the scam yourself.
