Why is my Account Banned?

so apparently now i am handicapped in every possible way. i cannot even post in other sections besides meta.
contacted bad bear, he does not seem to want to unban my account.
adding to that he is now judging me without knowing me.

also told me not to lose his time. is that a way a moderator talks?

Yes thats what a ban means, that you cant do or post stuff in here and you seem to be breaking the rules over and over which will obviously wont help you at all.

i am pretty sure you will be banned again.
there is no rules and regulations, 89% of the people here dont even know the rules.
the 11% are the admins and other moderators.

you cannot do anything, they abuse their power or not, they make the rules.

i have seen many users with trust score just leaving negative anywhere they want. i have got one too.

Notes I left for myself on your ban (across several accounts):
Sig campaign (on alt), responding to himself on alts, posting in same threads with alts with same answers, copy pasting posts from internet, etc.

I started deleting your posts but got sidetracked, that's why only a few seemingly random ones.

mr badbear explanation is clear enough for you mate.
copy paste post from internet to avoiding post spam is nice try but the staff and admin have nice work to find it as another spam category .

talked to op in pm he did not have sig campain. its the previous owner of his only alt account who had sig campaign but he removed that when he bought it. op is not responding anymore, i believe mrbean also was banned??

From the looks of it, you was probably banned for insubstantial posts. I looked through the last 2 pages of posts that you made and they was not 1 that I seen that was over 2 lines. Most of your posts consists of 5 or 6 words. I would say this is the most obvious reason that you were banned. Bitcointalk is making a crackdown on spam quality posts. In the future try to put a little effort into it.

Errm i dont think so, the message would be : you have been banned for insubstantial posts. The thing is that the message you get when you are banned seems to lack information, thats the huge problem. There are threads like this one every day because the message is just not clear. Even insubstantial + sig is not clear at all, for someone that doesnt know english very well that doesnt explain shit. Something like: banned for insubstantial posts, off topic or useless posts wearing a signature campaign would be a better message

Sorry, but when you devolve into using hashtags to insult staff and falling back onto the default "abuse of power" argument, your entire argument against being banned loses the vast majority of its credibility. These threads come around way, way too often, and replies like that don't particularly help your case. You have a better chance of being unbanned actually accepting what you did and appealing properly.
