well for somedays i will escrow myself and as soon as i get 3loans payed back i will give this oppurtunoty to others escrowers like qs,master-p etc etc

so basically when you already know that he is not going to repay the loan, makes me think that you wanted to buy his account by giving him a loan.when you doubt that user is not going to repay money then you should reject such loan request rather then giving them because you are getting something to sell.giving such loan you are inviting more loan scammers to come and take a loan here.
