I agree, not all countries have accepted bitcoin. and not even all of them know about it let alone trading bitcoin to fiat.

To wait for 6 confirmations have to wait at least 1.5 hours. On the credit card does not appear after a Confirmed. This is for me a long time. Sometimes you need urgently money.
