Question: Before PoA, do we need merged mining?
Merged mining is a good idea
We do not need merged mining
We need only PoA
We need both merged mining and PoA

How did you contact Minergate?

They have most of hashrate, but seems they are very close to death.
They are lack of support at all, nobody answered at support@minergate.com and support page was removed from site...

Probably owners sold Minergate out, but the fact is community unable to contact admins\support about 4-6 weeks Sad

Bittrex is getting ready for the HF.
I'm not sure about Poloniex. XDN Withdrawals and deposits have been unavailable for around one month I think. Hopefully they will come online soon after the hard fork which should be in about 15 hours.

You have to ask polo support, not here.

Probably they are going to steal your coins as it was with MCN case.

i never had any problem with poloniex(but yeah, their support is slow).

this MCN, let me guess, the coin were delisted and you wanted your coins back? even tho they announce delist weeks earlier(and send e-mail).

Even with wallet enabled some deposits were lost... (not a payment id issue)

No. I had 1.0.6 and from one day to another I noticed it stopped syncing. Then I restarted the client, but after that it wouldn't open.
I updated to 1.0.10 to see if it would fix the issue bit didn't.

Where can I find the .log file on the system?
