evening everyone,

i just wanted to talk about the cmf, a lot of people have said they are up for cmf so ive been a little surprised to find not many people have invested. so ive been trying to figure out what it is so ive come up with a few areas that could be a possible concern

1. sending your bitcoins to what is essentially an asset ICO

someone mentioned to me that it would be so easy for us to walk away with the btc and they are totally right. Initially ive been thinking we could organise an asset escrow, but that wouldnt really work using coinprism as an escrow normally means some sort of function or service like a wallet is released in return for the funds. that would however leave the option of an escrow for our own platform we are launching soon but 15 people indicated in the thread vote that they wanted the asset to begin on coinprism then be migrated over to the cerium platform, so im a little puzzled why people would take the time to consider the options and then vote and not actually participate.

2. lack of information on the cmf?

this is probably what the issue has been, ive talked about it a few times here and also said i am happy to answer any questions on bct or on our slack group. tomorrow i will make an improved section in the ann about it. i would appreciate it if people could let me know what it is they need to know so i can make this section as informative as possible. one of the main questions is going to be how much will we make and how will we do it and i'm not sure if i can fully provide the details on that because everyone would do it otherwise. I can however discuss what the expected returns are. it would completely reasonable in the first weeks to make  at least 1btc of profit to be distributed as discussed before. Im trying to be pessimistic about my expectations because i dont want to let people down. If i was being optimistic i would say we could make at least 1btc daily if we really milked the system but of course we wont fully know until cmf is up and running.

to get the cerium miners fund up and running we would need at least a bitcoin or so but ideally about 2/3btc. if people arent satisfied with the cmf refunds will be avaliable but im hoping they will want to buy more instead.

i would really appreciate some feedback from the crypto community as the coin is a coin for the community and its direction is heavily influenced by the communities opinions. I am reachable in the thread, pm on here and also the slackgroup if you are a member or you would like to join for most hours during the day, havent been as active as i would have liked to the lsst few days because i was abroad but i am back now  Grin

have a nice evening Smiley

How cmf will generate profit, its not clear to  mee. Will you burn xce coins or just place buy support (my thought - burning coins is better for price, value, coin awareness)?

A guide to Coloured coins and the cerium miners fund

What are coloured coins?

Coloured coins are coins that are marked with a use or alternative value. They are used generally to represent items such as stocks, bonds, smart properties, securities, precious metals, commodities, other currencies (such as dollars, pounds or euros), and even other crypto-currencies.

How does this fit into the cerium miners fund?

The site we are using (coinprism) provides easy set up and distribution of the assets and a way to keep track of your coloured coins/CMF asset. Otherwise if you buy using a wallet that doesnt recognize coloured coins then you could easily sell them by accident. It provides a useful crowdsale feature for us to help distribute the asset and when the cerium miners fund initiates, pay rewards to asset holders.

What is the cerium miners fund?

The cerium miners fund will be a collective of bitcoin which will be used to invest in trading markets. Things that the cerium miners fund could be used for include:

trading in the XCE markets
trading commodities
trading forex
buying cerium metal

We are currently developing a trading bot for the new 1broker API which will allow us to trade commodities and forex with 200x leverage which combined with the bot we are developing should help bring about solid profit. We also have an experienced commodity trader in our development team for consultation and direction. Cerium metal is an item we can buy and hold long term as summer is an ideal time to buy it. Also we could use the fund to trade cerium if those invested in the cmf wanted to. However, 25% of profits from the CMF will be going to buy support in the XCE market which will be placed and adjusted according to price which allow people to build and create growth in the market so its always going to be a supported market regardless of what we trade.

What is the profit distribution?

For the assets you buy the profits made from these will be distributed as follows

How do we buy the CMF asset?

1. You MUST make a coinprism account and deposit bitcoin there to buy the asset. The address you send from is where the asset is sent and regular wallets DO NOT recognize coloured coins.

2. Above is a diagram of the crowdsale operation. Users send their btc to the crowdsale address “akAy2xRFM6941et9Y4FBqs4kbuqifKu7Fw8” (which is used to distribute the assets) then on our end when we see btc arrive we accept the transaction.

3. Assets are then sent to the investor and the btc is tranferred to a storage address “14DtjrdjPx8C5dqyLLrR527CH8CwQ6jNku”

4. When CMF begins we will begin to make a return and btc will be credited to your coinprism accounts for rewards.

This is the BTC address in which funds get transferred to: 14DtjrdjPx8C5dqyLLrR527CH8CwQ6jNku
it can be monitored on the blockchain. Funds will not leave here until they are to go to market and when they do the location and address will be announced.

This is where you can see amount of asset issued and also who owns it and various details about the asset: https://www.coinprism.info/asset/AWmthDhr8RoVFSXW3D8GTAVdSiFSf3589a/owners

Important info about coins long term future

We have partnered with another fund to help create the cerium miners fund.

This fund is based on various pos/masternode coins which provides a steady small income.

It has been built up over a period of 2 years, and continues to create strong profit with a value of around 50btc.

The entire fund is owned by cerium in turn for 75% of the assets for cerium and its only purpose is to support xce coin in whatever way decided is best.

50% of this fund is auto reinvested to compound further growth and the other 50% Goes into the following ratios for cerium:

70% of these funds will be allocated to our own fund so we can start up and generate our own fund.

30% of these funds go to buying cerium. Our partners will keep a share of cerium themselves and also burn a portion of cerium, which will decrease the supply making it a bit more valuable.

The duration of this support is indefinite as long Dev/team is doing their job. which means we are free to continue development of our roadmap which i am very excited about

The asset has a supply of 115,000 shares but with our deal only 25% is avaliable to the public which amounts to 28,750 shares

due to our secured finances we can afford to sell our shares to the crypto community for cheaper and we will sell at 5000 sats per asset.

On Monday 22nd of June at 8pm BST we will launch the Cerium miners fund so if you wish to participate please purchase your asset before then. Assets can be bought after this date but they wont be considered for reward payment until weekly payout for that week has been completed and the fund starts again on the next monday.

Just be careful about using the word dividend or to apply the concept of dividends in substance or form as some exchanges might not list XCE then. Remember what happened to Isotope coin and the top pic makes reference to Isotope although that is by unfortunate co-incidence it seems.

Do you have any limits or  you will start to work  with any fund ? How long will be asset for sale, any deadline ? your ID is not veryfied and there is not much trust. of course after 1 payout and some proof of revenue generated by bot a lot more people will invest.

Yep, there is a finite amount of BTC being traded for these alts.  Bagholders of lesser coins are vicious when they sense a threat to their ability to unload their shitcoins.  This one seems like it has some promise - price held strong for about a week and now is steadily climbing, building good buy support.  I'm in.
