Just want to let you all know that I sent a letter with cash to
https://www.bitcoin4cash.com and it hasn't shown up, after 4 weeks.
I have previously done successful business with madhatter (who runs bitcoin4cash). I've sent three previous letters, and they have all arrived and my Bitcoins sent to me. But the fourth letter is gone.
There are at least two possibilities:
1. Madhatter now takes his customers money, for whatever reason
2. Someone along the way steals envelopes
There is no way for me to know what is true, but madhatter needs to tell his customers of these risks on his website. I have sent many letters to him, asking for information about my money, saying that others must be told of the new risks. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like he understands the issue. Quote:

So, I consider my money lost, and feel like it is my duty as a responsible customer to let people know of the risks, especially since madhatter refuses to take his responsibility as a merchant.
