Well you can call me skeptics but judging from the screencap I can say that quite obvious the guy "know" what is the next roll number will be. Could be that he is just lucky. Hard to see by saying only a few rolls. I have had similar luck in the past too . Most of the other bets in his tab are of higher chance for him to win.
