3$ for 1 year is a pretty damn good deal. why would you even complain about a deal like that? no offense intended to anyone but i can remember paying 5$ for 1 month of service from godaddy so 3$ for a year is a steal IMO

He is just offering a service buddy, he isn't forcing you at all to buy from him. If you get at 0.99$ then there are people who still buy at 10$ and are unaware about promo's for them he is very beneficial.

I don't think GoDaddy accepts Bitcoin as a payment method so I guess this can cater to those who only wish to spend bitcoin on a cheap domain registration.

because with 0.99$ promo code you can't buy domains using BTC, he is selling domains for BTC, you pay him BTC and he register domain for you using his CC,3$ is still a cheap price for .com domain registration if you are looking to pay with bitcoins
