All BS. This is totally not worth anybody's time. They say they are here since 2014. Still nothing compared to the newer exchanges. Not going to use again.

Your REST API is out of synchron, at least some of your servers.
From time to time I get as a balance response old data, so although my BCH balance is 0.09 since several minutes, in the REST API balance response sometimes I get the previous balance of 1 BCH and then again 0.09 BCH , sometimes this, sometimes that.

Btw. you really should process USDT withdrawals or publish a statement that they always need several days to be processed...

Look like they become a scam website.

We need all user to report them as a scam website if they dont reply for 7 days.

And we should also report exmo to another websites so every one will stop doing exchange with them

2 Days ago Exmo.com has blocked me to withdraw and trades; all of my balances stucked there (I had some dolars deposited as well, so I am open to any exposure unfortunately) I can not do anything with my portfolio at the moment. I sent several emails, opened tickets, waited 5 hours to talk support team on live chat, they told me that they transfered the issue to technical team, still no return.

It's RT.com so it's relatively reliable. Could be that the halt is to prevent him from forcefully transfer out fund, or could be that it's already too late.

When you said 2 of your withdrawals have been processed, you mean it has been submited on the network?

Yes. Both have over 60 confirmations already. But my first withdrawal 0.3 BTC 10 days ago is PAID in the account but not yet on the network ((
