Totally agree with the mutli-account.  IT IS CHEATING, PERIOD!
We will take steps to cleaning up the multi-accounts, and we have already removed some.  But it is more difficult to detect if someone knows what they are doing.

We appreciate and understand that this is one of the main problems at BTC sites, and why high limit players are very few.  We are working on various ways to break through this issue.  But it will require people to provide a bit more verifiable information.  More on this down the road.

Everyone can always contact our support if they suspect cheating of any kind, and especially multi-accounts.

Real Player = anyone who has ever raked in any ring games, amount does not matter.

Note:
A permission does have to be applied to account, so if you want to join this freeroll, play a ring game sooner, rather than later, in order for the permission to be added in time.

Perhaps because you are suspected player with multiple accounts.. 
If you really sure that you do not create multiple accounts and you are unable to register the tournament after play some hands in ring games, better to contact their support team or the moderator.

Just checked and you do have a raked hand, and your permission to play has been added to your player account.  You should be able to join.

I encourage you and others to play more ring if you can.  Soon the freerolls that players can join will be based on how much they play.  The more you play the bigger the freeroll you can enter.
We believe in rewarding real players.  So far we've seen little upside to unrestricted freerolls most of the players don't use them to "check us out", but rather as away to collect bitcoins and cash out.  Not to mention the multi-account issue discussed above.

If your a real player, and want to be rewarded for your play, I hope you will check us out.  June is winding down, and it's unfortunate so few are maximizing the promotions we have going.

Freerolls are good, but don't be under too much pressure to do too many of them.  Many people never deposit and move from site to site for freerolls.  It's good that you are doing the "real player" freerolls and rewarding those who actually play there rather than feeding the freeloader crowd.

Your not banned for multiple accounts. It all depends on what you do with the accounts

Well June is coming to an end and with it the Grand Opening we had.  Were we a little disappointed at "Grand Opening" activity?  Sure we were.  But we get it.  Rome wasn't built in a day.  We've said all along our intent was to build trust and that comes with time.  While activity was light, we did process dozens of withdrawals and there isn't any better way to build trust that speedy withdrawals.  But I must say that if you're a poker player, you missed out on the awesome rake back deal we had going on. Welcome bonus plus the Race for Rakeback equaled 90% rake back for some players.

But we move forward.

Site changes.

We now have 10 chip, 25 chip and 100 chip freerolls.  But they are for players only.  Each require more play to qualify.  But it isn't hard.  the 10 chip freerolls can probably be achieved in 20-30 minutes playing 20NL, The 25 chip freeroll was easily achieved in 1 session of 20NL by several players.  In any case, All of these freerolls will start with only 2 players, so in this case the early bird(s) really will catch the worm.

It's gone.  It served no other purpose than to be a BTC faucet for a handful of players.  we're told all the time that we need freerolls so people can try out the site, but it really never works out that way.  Heck we even had people playing our freeroll, always immediately withdrawing (which is of course fine), but then bad mouthing us in the chat!  I mean really?

The unrestricted freerolls served zero marketing effect and none of the participants used that experience to "test" us out, and then played and significant real games.  We would much rather give these chips to loyal players.

Wow, a poker site run by real players. It is hard to do much better guys. As much as I enjoy churning freerolls when they are floated, you spoke truth here. They are not really used to 'try out the site.' Real players have no problem depositing a token amount and playing a bit, even micro-limit, to check it out. Across all the sites there is a contingent of faucet collectors whining for more freerolls. Honestly, the sites that run big freerolls all day ... are making fools of themselves. Anyway, I've deposited, and cashed out from Turntrips once so far. Doesn't mean I'm gone. When my time frees up, and interest peaks, my chips will be back on the table ... That is the beauty of btc: it can be transferred almost immediately, almost for free.

That said, I'll tell you: Heads up and short-handed games are generally not my comfort zone, though I'm warming up to them. That is why I don't sit long. There is a sort of momentum to building a player base as I'm sure you understand: players attract players.
