Popup ads are a big no no. Would never put them on my site. Nobody likes them.

I agree popups are disgusting. not worth the time but if your site looks like crap any ways. add them.

I still keep saying that there is no ad network better than BitMedia.IO. It is really noticeable that they are improving the quality of ad spaces and eliminate  using of click fraud. Apart from that they offers options on displaying ads

bitmedia sometimes not good very easy to banned acc or reject web, also he not consisten, yesterday he allow member using free domain now i can't sign up with blogsspot

I have 20-xx visitor everydays and I get 100-200 impression and 40-xx unique ip/day...,

20 daily visitor is not particularly interesting. for anything serious you need 500+ unique visit daily
