How can I calculate the ratio between this two type of bitcoin transaction? Is it correct divide the total volume USD of the data at this link: http://data.bitcoinity.org/markets/volume/5y?c=e&r=week&t=a&volume_unit=btc

by the total transaction volume (USD) of all the blockchain transaction?

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.
