1. That a newbie was complaining about his deposit so early on of a deposit of a large amount as 1 BTC was having withdrawal problems and all of a sudden he won even more and managed to receive his winnings in around 2 weeks and he didn't seem to mind.

Payment is done for the latest withdrawal request (2.5btc) and OP has explained already regarding the delay of the first request (1.5btc). He said that he made a mistake on clicking the button on the admin menu.

I'm sorry to hear that. But thanks for sharing your experience, at least it is a BIG warning for us not play at this site anymore. More than a week for lestls than 2btc withdrawal is not acceptable whatever the reason is/are IMO.
OP last active was two weeks ago, and as I know there is no other way to contact them except in this forum.

It is basically a nice site, it has a very nice and friendly interface. But as I read some previous posts, there were some issues on deposit and withdraw. What make this site worst is about its support, no custommer support on the site.

It has been suggested by some members since long time ago, but seems that they do not care about it. I dont know why they do not want to be more communicative witj their players, but it is weird. Almost all gambling site has email support/live support and/or chatbox to facilitate communication between owner/mods with players.

I have a feeling octoplay has turned into a "borderline scam" due to all the issues. It suffers a lot from the lack of support. I have played there about 4-5 times i think. It was fine when the site was launched, absolutely no issues.
But now there are issues after issues, mine have been missing deposits (that were replaced by some kind of deposit bonus and i didn't get the coins even after the bonus was played with).
I would suggest to stay away from it till they get their stuff together.
